Electrification Strategy and Investment Planning

NRECA International has developed multiple national electrification strategies (NES) and electrification investment programs to meet universal access goals, often driven by the World Bank and more recently by initiatives like the United Nations Sustainable Power for All. NES’s have been developed for Ministries and Governments in several Sub-Saharan African Countries and in Asia.  Each NES is unique, however their common underlying objective is to propose institutional, technical, regulatory, and financial vision to support access expansion.
