In 2023, NRECA International is partnering with Heifer International to bring electricity to over 1,200 farmers living in the mountainous regions located in northeastern Guatemala. Our staff will be working closely with Heifer International’s team in Guatemala to grid connect and safely install internal wiring in homes, as they provide affordable productive equipment. This will empower families to increase their incomes, improve their quality of life and enable the agricultural communities they live in, to thrive.
